1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch coordination with our suppliers

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays


2. Shipping Origin

Our products may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers, including domestic and international warehouses, depending on product availability.

As a result:

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages

  • Delivery times may vary per item


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international orders are the customer’s responsibility

6. Delays & Customs

7. Incorrect Address

8. Lost Packages

  • A replacement or refund will be issued if the package is confirmed lost


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, changes are not possible
